Umbrella autism is the group for everyone in Cambridgeshire interested in autistic spectrum conditions.

Umbrella autism is the group for everyone in Cambridgeshire interested in autistic spectrum conditions.

It started as the Cambridgeshire Branch of the National Autistic Society, providing a local link with the NAS. In order to extend the range of services offered and funding sources, Umbrella is now an independent charity, but affiliated to the NAS.

As well as responding to local needs and concerns, it is a voice for those living or working with autism and related conditions.

It aims to support a wide range of different kinds of activities offering information, contact and support to all those interested in autism.

Families, people affected with autistic conditions, friends and all those who work with the autistic community --- as professionals, friends or researchers --- are invited to join to work towards understanding autism and making life easier for those affected by it.
